After nearly 25 years of
dealing with a wide variety of situations at hundreds of
clients, NetMark has acquired engineering expertise,
production knowledge and prototype development
experience that are
transferrable to companies across its service spectrum.
This diminishes the time it takes to perform analyses
and arrive at conclusions that can be implemented for
best results, competitive advantage and speed to market.
NetMark works on a number of
projects throughout the year related to manufacturing.
Some are small prototype projects, and others involve
full production runs where we analyze every step of the
process, from product design through sourcing, material
acquisition, all sub-production, final machining and
assembly. Added to these processes are general and
administrative overhead, direct project costs, and
indirect but related project costs to determine real
costs and eventual pricing. The goal is to
determine if the company can or will make a profit on
this product.
In
many instances, clients find it more effective for
NetMark to handle some aspects of the implementation, or
the entire project, rather than hire new employees, or
place an untenable load on existing employees until a
prototype is proven (proof of concept) and production
has been mapped out. In most cases, both internal
staff and external advisor resources are used for the
project.
Other projects may include software development and
upgrades, direct mail programs, business plans, project
documentation, or just helping clients identify suitable
vendors for their production or operational needs.
One of the keys to
this success is our resource database.
NetMark has built an extensive database of vendors that have proven themselves as quality and
dependable suppliers. There is no "add-on" or
hidden mark-up that benefits NetMark in a vendor
referral. The goal is to provide the client with a
source of lower cost craftsmanship and better delivery
where the only relationship is between the client and
the vendor.
